The Pivot (2014)
In 2014, a new chapter began with the entry of Dinesh's brother-in-law, Ankit. Together, they identified a significant gap in the Indian market: gourmet popcorn.
With courage and conviction, they shifted the brand from simple instant popcorn to a sophisticated, high-quality gourmet offering. This wasn't just a product change—it was a bold reimagining of what Timeout could be. Premium flavors, artisanal recipes, and uncompromising quality became the new standard.
The New Chapter (Present)
Today, Dinesh's son, Anish Surana, is leading Timeout into the future. The brand is evolving with the times—embracing online platforms, quick commerce, and premium packaging that reflects the quality within.
